The RO.50: A little on the dark side

Nearly there…. we have our first samples fresh off the production tools on their way to us as I type. The tracking services says they are currently parked in Almaty, Kazakhstan – one’s mind can’t help but drift to the notion of Borat processing the shipment.

We saw it in clear Tritan first (pervious post) but thankfully they are sending it out in the smoky grey finish that we want…. Looking rather sexy… non? Although it did make me think that it could look like a Darth Vader appendage…. not that I’ve ever pictured such a thing.

Now to get the Quiver finished so you all have something to put your RO.50 reusable bottle into….. (we’re nearly finished, honest)

I nearly spit coffee on my keyboard at the Darth Vader metaphor! One step closer.. WOOT!

Yeah, we got the samples into the office today. Looking good. Although a few little tweaks are needed. The logo hasn’t really come out, we’re also thinking a bit of ‘Quiver’ printed down the side would add a bit more quality.

I’ll try not to delete your comments (along with everyone else’s) this time.
